Filtering signal from noise is an ongoing challenge. I’m working on better separating emotional reactions from logical decisions – respecting both, but not confusing them. Patience is another big one. Self-development is an endless pursuit.

I think, due to the nature of the film industry, it's hard to say exactly which skills I should focus on improving. However, I believe that meeting and collaborating with as many creative people as possible is the most important thing.

The big ones for me are communication, empathy, and patience. I can learn fast, solve problems, and connect the dots. But as you grow, it’s less about doing everything yourself and more about helping others move with you. You need to stay calm, supportive, and able to navigate things together — and that’s where those three qualities really matter. They're what makes real leadership possible.
