I said it above and am going to repeat them again because they're so on the money:
- Be kind to people
- Show up and work hard
- Tell the truth – with compassion
- Try to free yourself from the expectations of others

Transparency. If something isn’t technically possible, or can’t be done within the proposed time or budget, I’d rather not take the project than lie to the client.

As I mentioned earlier, I'm really involved in the pre-production process — all the prep work always pays off once you're on set. I'd say that being well-prepared and treating your crew as well as you treat yourself are the two principles I always stick to.

Don’t do things just for the sake of it. I believe in meaningful work, not busy work. If there’s no clear goal or reasoning, I’ll challenge it.
Stay curious. Even if it’s outside my scope, I want to understand it. Curiosity leads to better ideas, better teamwork, and fewer mistakes.
Protect your energy. I used to overwork, thinking it was a strength. Now I try to remember that rest is part of the process too.

I never share clients’ names or discuss their health conditions with others, and I don’t post test results with personal data on social media. I don’t scold or criticize when recommendations aren’t followed — I’m not a mom or a teacher, I’m a buddy. I also never cancel doctors’ prescriptions, criticize their treatment, or make diagnoses.
