Q:What drives you at work?

Answers to this question

  • Internally, I’m driven by the need to make creativity sharper, faster, and easier to share, proving that AI isn’t a shortcut, but a way to think better and tell deeper stories.

Externally, I’m motivated by the chance to guide others through this shift, helping creatives adopt new tools, adjust quickly, and keep moving forward in a space that’s messy, fast, and full of potential.

  • What drives me is making things that bring joy to creative people. It sounds simple and maybe even a little cheesy, but there’s something deeply rewarding about seeing someone light up when your tech helps make something amazing.

  • Constant creative challenges and problem-solving. Each project is different — you meet lots of new people and visit places that are usually inaccessible to others. These are the main things that drive me.

  • A mix of old traumas and curiosity. Part of me wants to prove something — to do things right, to make things better. But I’m also just curious. I love figuring out how things work, how people think, and how to say things in a way that really lands. That mix keeps me going.

  • I just love making things. Brands, websites, packaging, apps, team systems, even paintings or physical builds. I get energy from the creative process and from working with smart, kind founders who care about the work.

  • I’m driven by my clients’ results — seeing how their lives change for the better. I’m also motivated by my personal research, scientific interest in this field, and a desire to share the positive experience this work has brought into my own life.
